Tuesday, April 21st | 10:30am–noon MT
Before the cleanse week begins, we'll meet as a group to set you up for success. We'll walk through your cleanse packet together, you'll choose your cleanse length (3 to 7 days — entirely up to you!), and you'll have space to ask questions. We'll open with a grounding meditation or breathwork so you arrive feeling calm and ready.
Live Group Check-in #1
Saturday, April 25th | 7–8:30pm MT
Your first check-in as the cleanse kicks off. We'll open with grounding meditation or breathwork, check in as a group, and learn self-oil massage (abhyanga) — a deeply nourishing Ayurvedic self-care practice to support your body’s detoxification through the cleanse.
Live Group Check-in #2
Tuesday, April 28th | 11am–noon MT
Midway through the cleanse — often when the going gets interesting! We'll check in, hold space for each other, and practice purge journaling to clear the mental and emotional alongside the physical.
Bonus: Yoga Nidra Session
Wednesday, April 29th | 3–4pm MT

I’m a certified Ayurveda Health Counselor, a doctor of pharmacy (Pharm.D.), a 200 hour certified yoga teacher, and founder of Intuitive Ayurveda. I help people in perimenopause and menopause feel better in their bodies using Ayurveda, science-backed tools, and intuitive coaching — so they can celebrate this phase of life instead of dreading it. The eastern and western perspectives of medicine each have something to offer us, and I understand this dance. The cleanse will mostly be centered around eating kitchari, a traditional Ayurveda dish of mung beans, rice and seasonal vegetables which is super easy to make.

The intention with this type of gentle cleanse is that the body is fully nourished with the nutrients it requires, and not hungry. However, you may experience some detoxification symptoms or cravings, and this is part of the process.

The cleanse is vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free, and can be easily modified to be made vegan.

There will be some preparation time needed to plan and shop for your cleanse items. However, most people say the cleanse actually saves time on meal prep for the week and gives them a break from having to think about what thye are eating.
