A month-long online group experience (run live on Zoom) to:

Your Clinical Pharmacist Turned Ayurveda Health Counselor

I’m a certified Ayurveda Health Counselor, a doctor of pharmacy (Pharm.D.), a 200 hour certified yoga teacher, and founder of Intuitive Ayurveda. I help people in perimenopause and menopause feel better in their bodies using Ayurveda, science-backed tools, and intuitive coaching — so they can celebrate this phase of life instead of dreading it. The eastern and western perspectives of medicine each have something to offer us, and I understand this dance. My goal is to educate on Ayurvedic tools that can (and should) be individualized to each complex person. I strive to help my clients tune into the messages their bodies are sending them. Ultimately, I believe every person is the expert on what is best for them, and can be empowered to hone in on which tools they need to support themselves in mind, body, and spirit.

Dream Body: The Practical Details

Five live meetings on Saturdays (all times in Mountain Time)- all sessions will be recorded

  • January 10th - 2- 4pm

  • January 17th- 10 am- 11: 30 am

  • January 24th- 2-3:30 pm

  • January 31- 2-3:30 pm

  • February 7- 2-3:30 pm

Every week will include time for check-ins, witnessing, and coaching. Each session will have a sprinkle of learning, but will mostly be experiential — in other words, we’ll actually be DOING and feeling our way through the practices TOGETHER.

There will also be a weekly invitation to commit to a practice consistently for five days between our sessions.

Week 1- Rest the Senses

  • Understand the connection between sleep, stress, and midlife weight changes

  • Evaluate your personal sleep and energy baseline

  • Create an evening wind-down ritual that actually fits your life and supports deeper, more reliable sleep

  • Experience what micro-rest feels like in your body so you can start building pockets of calm throughout the day

Week 2- Rest + Replenish the Rasa

  • Understand why your midlife body craves moisture, warmth, and nourishment—and how these qualities directly support sleep, hormone balance, and weight release

  • Discover an ancient secret to staying juicy, boosting immunity and supporting deeper sleep and weight loss 

  • Explore key detoxification practices that are likely missing from your routine to support sleep and weight 

  • Experience a simple ten minute practice for your nervous system that invites relaxation and metabolic ease

Week 3-  Rest the Nervous System

  • Understand why aligning your bedtime with your natural circadian rhythms (Ayurvedic clock) leads to deeper, more restorative sleep 

  • Embody simple breath-based techniques that cool the system, ease emotional intensity (toning the vagus nerve), and balance your masculine and feminine

  • Experience a nervous-system reset that quickly shifts you out of stress mode and into a state of ease

  • Explore a guided deep-rest practice that restores your energy, settles the mind, and supports every layer of your being (and can even be used to help manifest your deepest desires) 

Week 4- Rest the Digestion

  • Explain key Ayurvedic principles of eating that support smoother digestion, balanced energy, and better sleep

  • Evaluate your ongoing patterns and tendencies around food, and how they may have changed during midlife

  • Understand why giving the digestion a break with for a few days with very simple food (no fasting, nourishing meals!) can reduce bloating, heaviness, and inflammation

  • Apply a gentle, easy-to-follow food reset that gives your digestion the rest it needs this week

Week 5- Rest + Celebrate to Integrate

  • Synthesize the key rest practices from the past four weeks and understand how they work together to support sustainable weight release

  • Reflect on your personal progress using the post-assessment to identify shifts in sleep, energy, digestion, and overall well-being

  • Celebrate your growth by engaging the senses in a mindful ritual that reinforces pleasure, presence, and embodied rest

  • YES please! This program is aimed at teaching you deep, restorative rest in midlife, which is much needed to help support hormone balance in the body regardless of whether you’re carrying excess weight.

  • Even if your sleep is pretty good, learning deep rest practices can help ease stress, which is a contributing factor to unwanted weight gain.

  • No. You’re welcome to join regardless of your menopause status and age. I will be focusing on women in midlife (late 30s, 40s and 50s) and people in perimenopause.

  • No, I will weave in Ayurveda basics and keep it practical and applicable to our modern lifestyle.

  • This will be a sacred feminine circle, so at this time, no. People with vulvas/experiencing the midlife change of perimenopause or beyond menopause are welcome.

  • We will do everything in session together, so about 1.5 hours per week. I will also invite you to integrate one practice per week, and this may take 5 minutes to a half hour daily, depending on how much you’d like to do!

  • All weekly Zoom meetings will be recorded so that you can watch them at any time. You can also submit questions ahead of time to me if you know you’ll miss a week.

  • Whichever day you sign up, for example, on a Wedneday, the first payment of $105 will be charged, then it will continue automatically for the next four Wednedays following.
